How it works

One campaign, end to end.

A filmmaker funds a pool. Creators choose the film and post it. A person checks every submission. The pool draws down only against views that passed.

Both sides, in order.

Filmmaker
01

Create an account

It sits idle until you have a campaign to run.

02

Fund a pool

You and the admin settle the amount — $300 minimum. The pool locks at go-live; to add budget you start a new campaign.

03

Introduce yourself

A short bio, the film, and exactly what you want from creators.

04

Load the Screening Room

Upload the screener, stills, trailers and clips to HALO. No screener links to hand out, no shared drives.

05

Assign it across platforms

Split the pool between TikTok, Instagram and Facebook however you want — all of it in one place if that is where your audience is.

06

Approve the room

You approve every creator who applies, alongside the admin.

07

Watch it count down

The pool is visible to both sides and falls as verified views come in. The campaign runs until it reaches $0.

Creator
01

Create an account

Apply as a creator. Every account is verified by a person before it can work.

02

Wait for a campaign

Approved creators see campaigns as they go live.

03

Apply to a film

You choose. Preview first — you can always decline.

04

Get approved

The admin or the filmmaker approves applicants for that campaign.

05

Watch it in the Screening Room, then post

Use the supplied assets. One post or reel across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

06

Leave it up

The post stays live for as long as the campaign is running. Once the pool hits $0 you can take it down.

07

Submit and get paid

After the campaign closes, submit your proof. A person approves it, then it pays.

03

The floor, and the maximum.

one account can't empty the room
The floor
$50 held

$50 is held the moment a creator is approved, and it is a floor rather than a ceiling — earn more and the amount held grows to meet it. Each campaign publishes the most one creator can earn, a third of the pool by default, and it is shown before anybody takes a slot.

The maximum
A third

One creator may earn at most a third of the pool — $100 on a $300 campaign, $333 on $1,000, $1,666 on $5,000. It scales with the campaign, it is published before anybody takes a slot, and a creator who goes past it can ask the production to pay the rest. A no there can never reach money already earned.

The room
Pool ÷ 50

Each reservation holds $50, so a pool carries that many slots at the same time. It is a concurrency ceiling, not a headcount: a creator who earns under $50 gives the difference back and the campaign keeps recruiting, so far more creators are reached over a campaign's life.

Run one and see.
