The terms live in one place
HALO’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are published in full on the platform, and that is the only version there is. This page used to carry a second copy. It said different things — a $50 cap that no longer exists, a 20% fee that is now 26%, a cashout rule in “credits” that was never real money — and a legal document that disagrees with itself is worse than one that is hard to find.
